Please note: At this time we do not provide technical support via telephone as it slows down our response time. By providing support via email we are able to file all communications between both parties with our ticket based support system to give you a more accurate and faster response. We can usually offer you a solution to any problem in less time then you would be on hold with phone support (if you have been with other hosts who claim to offer this you know exactly what we mean). During the last 4 years we have an average response time of 15-20 minutes or less on over 95% of support email contacts.

    where yourwebsite is the domain name you registered or transferred for your web site (if your domain name ends with .net or .org also replace the .com with the appropriate extension).

    Your email control panel (POP3 accounts, aliases, forwards, mailing lists etc.) is also accessed from your web site's control panel.

  • Web-Based Server Statistics


    Your web site's server statistics can be found at:

    where yourwebsite is the domain name you registered or transferred for your web site (if your domain name ends with .net or .org also replace the .com with the appropriate extension).
     
     

  • File Locations

    When you sign into your server via FTP you will initially be at the root directory. Do not delete any files you see in your root directory! Deleting files in the root directory will cause your server not to function properly.

    In the root directory you will see the following two(2) sub-directories:

    WWW
    - This is your main server directory. Put all your regular non-secure/non-SSL web pages (html, graphics, etc) in this directory. You can make as many sub-directories in the WWW directory as you want to help organize your files. Also, the WWW directory contains your CGI-BIN directory and related files. If you are using Microsoft FrontPage extensions to publish your website this is where the files will be published to.

    You can access files in your WWW directory via the URL:

    http://www.yourwebsite.com/filename

    where yourwebsite is the domain name you registered or transferred for your web site (if your domain name ends with .net or .org also replace the .com with the appropriate extension).

    WWW-SECURE - This is your shared secure server directory. Put any web pages that need secure SSL access in this directory (order forms, personal info pages etc). You can make as many sub-directories in the WWW-SECURE directory as you want to help organize your files. If you are using Microsoft FrontPage extensions to publish your website, you can not publish to this directory. Any web pages needing the secure server must be put in this directory manually using FTP. Please note that if you are using our shopping cart system you will not see any shopping cart files in this directory. The shopping cart scripts reside on another secure server.

    You can access files in your WWW-SECURE directory via the URL:

    https://websvr3.mn1.fasturl.net/ssl/userID/filename

    where userID is your server user ID that you received when you signed up for your account.


    IMPORTANT: Do not put any web files in your root directory!
