ticket system.

you offer toll free phone support?
We normally do not provide technical support via telephone except on
special occurrences as it slows down our response time. By providing
support via email we are able to file all communications between both
parties with our ticket based support system to give you a more
accurate and faster response. We can usually offer you a solution to
any problem you may have in less time then you would be on hold if we
offered 24/7 phone support (if you have been with other hosts who
claim to offer this you know exactly what we mean).
During the last 4 years we have an
average response time of 15-20 minutes or less on over
95% of support email contacts.
Please do not call our Sales Team for technical support or support
questions. Our Sales Team is unable to answer specific support questions
or resolve support problems, nor can they forward your call to technical
support.
