   If ordering by credit card most orders are usually setup within a few hours from the time the order is received. All server information will be sent to the email address provided in the order unless noted otherwise.
   
   When your web server is setup you will receive an email from VenerNet entitled "Server Information/yourdomain" (where yourdomain is the domain name you used when you placed the order) containing your server ID, password, IP address etc. If you do not receive this email with in 24 hours please contact our Technical Support team.
