  1. Does Ocean View Host accept Credit Cards?
    Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

  2. Are there any contracts?
    Not unless you choose the yearly (Annual) service plans, then you will pay for a full years worth of service in advance. There is no contract to sign and you may still cancel at any time.

  3. Will I be billed via postal mail?
    No. All credit card orders are billed automatically each month and you will receive an invoice via email (sent to the email address you provided when you signed up for service) each time you are charged.

  4. Can I pay with a check or money order?
    Yes but your account setup process will be delayed until payment is received and cleared.

  5. Is there a discount for paying in advance?
    Yes. With our Annual Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Platinum Plus plans if you pay for a full years worth of service you will receive a 10% discount automatically.

  7. Will I be charged if I go over my transfer or storage limit?
    You will be contacted by our Technical Support Team via email giving you the option to upgrade your account or purchase more bandwidth or disk space whichever applies to you.

  8. What costs are involved if I want to upgrade or downgrade my hosting plan at any time?
    There is no charge to change plans and no interruption in service. The only price you will pay to upgrade or downgrade is the difference in the monthly service fee. 

  9. Where do I mail my check to?
    Please send your payment to our Accounting Department at:

  10. How do I change my credit card information?
    We provide you with 3 ways to change your credit card information:

    1) Click Here to access our secure web page to enter changes to your credit card information.

    2) Call our Billing Department at 1-651-486-0051.

    3) FAX your new credit card information to our Billing Department
       at 1-651-486-7549.

        Be sure to include all of the following information:

        - Your domain name (including .COM, .NET or .ORG)
        - Your email address (the email address you used when you signed up for service)
        - Credit card type: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover
        - Company Name on card (if any)
        - First and Last name on card
        - Billing street address
        - Billing city, state, zip code and country
        - Credit card number and expiration date

  11. How will hosting service charges appear on my credit card?
    Charges will appear as: Vener Net Inc.

  12. How are Annual web hosting plans renewed?
    On the 1 year anniversary date (i.e. 1 year from the date you signed up with your Annual web hosting plan) your web hosting account will automatically convert to a monthly plan at the current rate on the anniversary date for the account type you have chosen. Your account will continue on the monthly plan unless you specifically contact us to renew for another Annual plan. If you renew for another Annual plan you will receive any discounts or specials in effect at the time you renew.

  13. How do I cancel service?
    You may cancel your web hosting service at any time. Please contact our Technical Support Team with your cancellation request.

    Note: For your protection we require identification on all requests to cancel service. Request to cancel service must include either your server's password (the one we emailed you when you signed up) or the last 4-digits of the credit card you are using for billing your account.
